Over the past 25 years, Neil has developed an extensive level of experience of various facets in the Petroleum Industry. This includes being the Controller and Finance Manager of an independent refinery and wholesale trader, as well an Accounting Manager for a retail division of a multifaceted petroleum company. In addition he has lectured on excise taxes for The World Trader Institute, New York University, and to various state petroleum trade associations.
